Senior Sales Consultant
Summary of Position
Urban Hub (Cambodia): Currently, we are looking for a Senior Sales Consultant.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs to train the team on how to get customers, negotiate to close deals
- Support manager to conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions conferences, workshop and seminar
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
- Conduct interviews and hiring condominium sales executives
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Negotiate/Close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales data
- Collaborate with team to achieve better results
- Other tasks assigned by Sales & Marketing Manager
Minimum Educational Level Required
Bachelor’s Degree
Languages Required
English
Other Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant fields
- Good at English and Chinese communication is a plus advantage
- Has 2 years experiences as a sales executive or relevant role
- Good understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Good knowledge in MS Office and presentation
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- Understanding real estate/property sector
- Fast learner and passion for sales
